The Marlow Pilates Studio is run by me, Carly Staples. I have worked as a Pilates instructor in Marlow for five years. I started my Pliates training in 2002, with the Pilates Institute. I regularly attend further training courses with the Pilates Institute to keep my qualifications up to date.
